Both one-and-two-bedroom units have an interior washer/dryer stackable, dishwasher, and garbage disposal included in the rent. On unit availability, the 1*1 and 2*2 feature a cozy patio or balcony.

In the first courtyard of Carlsbad Coast Apartments, there is seating and chase lounges around the sparkling pool. In the second courtyard, tenants have access to the 24hr-fitness center and sundeck above the fitness center. Each courtyard has a community outdoor shower to rinse before and after swim, and picnic area to enjoy the BBQ grill.
